A Williamsburg man has passed away from the new coronavirus.
Mechel Rosenfeld, 63, was a single bus driver and well-known figure in the neighborhood, who was popular among the children.
Several elderly people in Williamsburg have been niftar in recent days, but the causes are unknown. Reb Mechel is the first known death related to the virus.
