siyum hashas — As Hagaon Harav Shmuel Kamanetsky, shlita, (R) was leaving MetLife Stadium, escorted by Moshe Yosel Schwartz (C), coordinator of Hudson County Hatzolah and chaplain of Hudson County Sheriff’s Department, Rav Shmuel spotted a New Jersey State Trooper, and told Mr. Schwartz that he wanted to go say thank you to the officer. “It’s New Year’s, but he’s giving his time to protect us,” Rav Shmuel said to Mr. Schwartz.
