Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will not fly to London on Tuesday to meet U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as was originally planned, according to an Israeli official, Channel 13 reported on Monday.

According to the official, a meeting between the two may be arranged for later this week.

The report suggested that the U.K. could not logistically handle hosting Netanyahu as a NATO summit attended by many leaders is being hosted at the same time.

Reports on Sunday said that Netanyahu was considering a trip to London on Tuesday to meet with Pompeo and other European leaders. The meeting with Pompeo might be held in Portugal, Spain, later in the week, the Israeli official said.
