Power Out in Rachmastrivka Beis Medrash After Manhole Fire

Black smoke is spewing from a manhole fire that erupted this afternoon in Boro Park, leading to the evacuation of Rachmastrivka beis medrash.
The fire department said that there were isolated power outages reported from the explosion, which occurred on the corner of 12th Ave. and 45th Street. The beis medrash lost power as well.
