At the Kosel during the Bais Tefila of Inwood trip to the Yeshivas Mir yarchei kallah

Fifteen members of Bais Tefila of Inwood, along with the Rav, Rabbi Pinchus Weinberger, traveled to Eretz Yisrael to join the Mir Yerushalayim yarchei kallah.

The group spent a week immersed in learning in the Mirrer Yeshiva, together with 250 other baalei battim from across the U.S.

The kehillah has been going on the yarchei kallah for a number of years and it is truly the highlight of the year for those who are able to make the trip. Each year the members return on a spiritual high and have no hesitation expressing that the trip is truly a life-changing experience that they draw on throughout the year when back at work.

This year was no different and was the largest group from the kehillah that has made the trip. In addition to the daily Shacharis k’Vasikin at the Kosel and the intense learning sedarim in the Mir Yeshiva, the group was also zocheh to visit Harav Gamliel Rabinowitz, shlita, Rosh Yeshivah, Shaar Hashamayim, and Hagaon Harav Chaim Kanievsky, shlita, who gave the community wishes for brachah and hatzlachah with the purchase of the new Bais Tefila building and completion of the Inwood mikveh.
