Egged Bus Hit With Firebombs, No Injuries
An Egged bus full of passengers was attacked by Palestinian terrorists on its way to Beit El in the Binyamin region on Monday.
A bus on Route 140 was hit simulataneously with three firebombs along with rocks aimed at the front of the bus.
The driver required treatment for anxiety after the attack but, b’chasdei Shamayim, no physical injuries were reported. Despite his condition, the driver probably averted a more serious outcome by continuing to drive on through the attack until he reached a stopping place out of reach of the terrorists.
IDF forces were called in and were searching the area in an attempt to locate the perpetrators.
Other stone-throwing attacks on Israeli vehicles occurred on Monday in the area south of Har Chevron and the Tekoa Road near Har Homa in Gush Etzion.
