For the second time in the past several days, the IDF early on Sunday morning temporarily lost track of a drone in Yehuda and Shomron.
The unmanned aerial vehicle was reportedly surveilling the skies over the Balata refugee camp in Shechem when the military lost communication with it.
Later in the day, the device was found on the ground near the entrance to the local army base. The IDF said that it was investigating the incident.
Last week, the Israeli military said one of its drones, a “tactical Skylark UAV,”
crash landed in Lebanese territory near the border with Israel.
