Shomron Resident Sustains Head Injury in Rock-Throwing Incident
A resident of Avnei Chefetz in the Shomron suffered a head injury from rocks thrown at him by Palestinians on Sunday at the entrance to the town.
The man, an IDF officer who lives in the community, was set upon by a group of terrorists who surrounded his car, breaking the windows and injuring him.
He was given first aid at the scene and then taken to a hospital for further treatment. His condition was described as light to moderate.
About a dozen other rock-throwing attacks were reported in the last 24 hours in various locations in Yehudah and Shomron, but b’chasdei Shamayim, no other injuries were reported, though there was property damage.
Overnight, security forces arrested three terrorists in Yehudah and Shomron.
