Kendel Felix to Be Sentenced Nov. 2 for Kidnapping and Murder of Menachem Stark
The sentencing of Kendel Felix, originally scheduled for October 19, has been postponed. The new sentencing date is November 2.
On Sep. 26, after a 13-day trial in Kings County Criminal Court, Felix was convicted of kidnapping and murder for the death of Menachem Stark, H”yd, which occurred on Jan. 2-3, 2014.
Felix faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison on each of the two counts – though the sentences would likely run concurrently – when he is sentenced by Justice Alexander Jeong.
