In a special letter to bnei hayeshivos, released by Vaad HaYeshivos in Eretz Yisrael, Roshei Yeshivah, shlita, call on all bnei Torah to utilize the bein hazmanim for limud haTorah, to not slack off in their regular learning sedarim. They call for regular shiurim or sedarim, even in these days when there aren’t formal sedarim in the yeshivos.

The Roshei Yeshivah also write that even during the days of bein hazmanim, a yeshivah student needs to be seen and present himself as such and not go, chas v’shalom, to places that are dangerous to one’s body or soul, in gashmiyus or ruchniyus. They add that one should try to make a kiddush Hashem in all actions, notably in times when one might not be all day in the yeshivah, and not, chas v’shalom, a chillul Hashem.
