2 More Charged in Slaying of Cuomo Aide

NEW YORK (AP) -

Two more men have been charged with mortally wounding an aide to Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the hours before the city’s West Indian Day Parade.

Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson on Wednesday announced the indictments of Tyshawn Crawford and Keith Luncheon. Also indicted was Micah Alleyne, who was arrested last month.

The three were indicted on a number of charges in the death of Carey Gabay including murder and criminal possession of a weapon. They each could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Gabay was shot in the head in September during a pre-dawn party celebrating the Brooklyn parade.
