Prosecution Rests In Case of Alleged Shul Firebomber
Prosecutors have rested their case against one of two northern New Jersey men charged with vandalizing and firebombing Jewish shuls and a rabbi’s home in Bergen County in 2012.
Anthony Graziano faces nine counts of attempted murder along with other charges including criminal mischief, conspiracy and aggravated and bias intimidation arson.
The 24-year-old Lodi resident was charged along with longtime friend Aakash Dalal for the 2012 attacks.
An attack in Rutherford ignited a fire in the second-floor bedroom of a rabbi’s residence. The rabbi, his wife, five children and his parents were sleeping at the time. Dalal is scheduled to be tried separately.
