Elbit Systems announced on Tuesday that it has secured contracts from a European country worth $40 million for the supply of advanced tactical communications systems.
The contracts are to be fulfilled over a one-year period.
The Communication systems include the CNR9000HDR tactical IP radio for medium- and long-range communication; THF 8000 for over-the-horizon very-long-range communication, both in vehicular and man pack configurations; and the PNR-1000 soldier IP radio from Elbit systems’ new E-Lynx family of mobile networking radios. Elbit Systems will also provide Digital Intercom Systems for combat vehicles based on the VIC500I.
