Israeli security officials on Sunday arrested an Arab who was caught carrying some 6,000 rifle bullets in his taxi. The Shechem resident was arrested and brought to a military court and will be indicted after a hearing, security officials said.

Overnight Motzoei Shabbos, security officials said they arrested three wanted security suspects in Yehudah and Shomron. The suspects were wanted for participating in rioting and throwing stones and firebombs that endangered Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. Several of the suspects were also charged with belonging to Hamas. All were being questioned about their activities by security forces.

There were several incidents of rock throwing on Motzoei Shabbos, with Israeli vehicles attacked on roads in the Negev and Galilee. In addition, Arabs threw a firebomb at an Israeli vehicle near Jisr a-Zarka, south of Haifa. There were no injuries in any of the incidents, although several vehicles were damaged.
