Arab Killed in Stabbing Attempt at Me’aras Hamachpelah
An Arab woman attempted to stab an IDF soldier near Me’aras Hamachpelah on Shabbos afternoon. As soldiers began pursuing her, she tried to flee, stabbing another Palestinian in the chest. Soldiers then opened fire, eliminating the terrorist.
In another terror incident on Friday afternoon, two IDF soldiers were injured in a rock-throwing incident. The incident occurred near Na’alin, an Arab village near the security fence where riots occur on a regular basis. The soldiers were treated at the scene and taken to a Petach Tikvah hospital for treatment.
On Motzoei Shabbos, an IDF soldier who was waiting at a bus stop said that an Arab had attempted to abduct him. The soldier was able to get away, and the Arab sped away in his vehicle. Police are investigating.
