Flakes Give Way to Arctic Freeze in NYC-Area
Snowflakes Wednesday night gave way to the big freeze as Arctic air pushes into the New York City area.

Forecasters say there is a chance for rain and snow on Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will warm up after that, possibly into the 50s.
