Many Yidden from across New York traveled Monday afternoon, Erev Rosh Chodesh Adar I, to daven at the kever of the Ribnitzer Rebbe, zt”l, in Monsey.

The Rebbe, Harav Chaim Zanvil Abramowitz, zt”l, was known in his lifetime as a ba’al mofes and a poel yeshuos. He was niftar on Isru Chag Simchas Torah 5756/1995. He is buried in the Vizhnitzer cemetery in Monsey.

The Rebbe’s kever draws many throughout the year, since it is known as a place of yeshuos. Each Erev Rosh Chodesh, an even larger crowd gathers to take advantage of  the auspicious zman tefillah.

May all their tefillos and our tefillos be answered for the good.
