The Shin Bet announced Monday that, in a joint operation with the IDF, it had arrested two female terrorists who had planned an attack on an Israeli town. The two, twin sisters about 18 years of age, were residents of Tulkarem, which is adjacent to the green line and a short distance from the coastal city of Netanyah.
