NY Proposes Rules on Alleged Sea Level Rise

New York conservation officials are proposing regulations for establishing official state projections of rising sea levels.
Officials say the projections will reflect the best science available — but that they’ll operate on the assumption that climate change is real. They claim that future storms could flood New York City. Public comments will be accepted through Dec. 28.
