Magen David Adom Concludes Two Weeks of Round-The-Clock Activity
Magen David Adom has concluded two weeks of intense, round-the-clock activity.
Since the current round of escalated violence, seven Jews have been killed and 99 injured — 10 of these seriously, 15 moderately and 67 mildly. That is in addition to 26 shock victims who were taken to hospitals.
Magen David Adom has been continually busy with the waves of stabbings, runover attacks and shootings taking place all over the country. They have been on the highest alert, ready to administer first aid and evacuate victims to the nearest hospitals.
Thirty-five of the casualties were injured by stones, and the rest in stabbings and runover attacks.
Magen David Adom reiterated its call to citizens to obey security instructions and be on constant alert. They should call the 101 emergency line in any medical event. MDA also reminds the public that in cases of stabbings, even passersby at the scene can help save lives.
