Small Plane Crashes in NJ Field
A small plane crashed late Thursday afternoon in a field in Cresskill, Bergen County. Emergency crews were on the scene. Reports say two people who were taken from the plane to a hospital appeared to be conscious.
Cresskill police tell The Record (Bergen County) that pilots had checked in with a tower at LaGuardia Airport and had considered landing in the Hudson River before they crashed at approximately 4:45 p.m.
