5 Lightly Injured in Rock Attack in East Yerushalayim
Five Israelis were injured in a stone-throwing attack in the At-Tur neighborhood of eastern Yerushalayim on Tuesday night, according to media reports.
A bus and two private cars were barraged with stones, leaving five Arab Israelis and four Jewish Israelis hurt.
Magen David Adom (MDA) teams arrived to provide medical first aid.
Damage was caused to the windshields of the vehicles.
Israeli security forces were searching the area for the perpetrators.
Shortly before that attack, it was reported that rocks were thrown at the light rail in the capital as it passed through the Arab neighborhood of Shuafat, which had been shut down due to Arab riots last year.
