YERUSHALAYIM (Hamodia Staff) -

The Palestinian who rammed his car into four border police and a civilian last March in Yerushalayim was convicted on Sunday of attempted murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

On March 6th, the morning of Purim, Mohammed Salaimeh of east Yerushalayim was found guilty in the terror attack which wounded the five people lightly to moderately. In the incident, he then left his car to rampage in the streets with a large meat cleaver in search of more victims, but was shot down before he could cause any further harm.
