Greenfield to Host Free Legal Services Wednesday

BROOKLYN (Hamodia Staff) —

Councilman David Greenfield is partnering with New York Legal Assistance Group to provide local residents access to free legal help at his district office on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A mobile van will be parked outside the councilman’s office at 4424 16th Avenue to offer legal assistance to residents who need help but cannot afford an attorney. Anyone interested should call Greenfield’s office to schedule a 45-minute appointment.

Attorneys will provide confidential legal advice pertaining to government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, food stamps, housing and other public assistance programs.
