What Exit? Classic New Jersey Joke Getting Trickier
It may take some New Jerseyans a little more thought to answer that quintessential question: What exit are you from?
Some interchanges on the Garden State Parkway are getting new numbers, with one new exit opening Friday. The changed numbers are all in Woodbridge. On the northbound road the old Exit 131 will be Exit 132. And on the southbound road Exit 131 is becoming Exit 132 and the old Exit 131A is becoming simply Exit 131.
And the new Exit 131 is getting a new name: Wood Avenue South instead of Metropark. Galloway Township has a new Exit 41 as of Friday.
