NYC Braces for an Arctic Deep-Freeze

New York City is bracing Friday for frigid weather, with temperatures at times feeling like 15 below, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Thursday.

“Sunday could be the coldest in 20 years,” de Blasio said.

Alternate side parking has been suspended for Friday and Saturday, and the mayor urged people to stay indoors if there is no need to go out.
