Knife-Carrying Terrorist Thwarted in Shomron
Border Patrol forces in the Shomron arrested a knife-carrying terrorist who intended to stab them Monday.
Forces called to the terrorist, a Kalkilya resident, and ordered him to stop and be checked. The suspect ignored instructions and pulled a knife from his jacket near the troops.
A border policeman hit the terrorist hard in the upper body with his personal weapon, causing the knife to fall to the ground.
The commander of the Border Patrol’s Yehudah and Shomron District, Brig. Gen. Uzi Levy, said: “We’re witnessing repeated attempts to harm security forces.
