‘Hitler’s Order’ Member Loses Child Custody

FLEMINGTON, N.J. (AP) -

A New Jersey member of “Hitler’s Order” lost custody of his son after he argued the state made no effort to find a psychologist who was not Jewish.

The boy was removed from his parents shortly after he was born in November 2011. The child’s mother surrendered her parental rights last year and the state terminated the man’s parental rights of three older children in 2012.

The state said it attempted to provide the man with anger management, domestic violence and marital counseling. But the court said he failed to respond to notices and didn’t attend a court hearing.

The man said he did not trust law enforcement to protect him because “law enforcement doesn’t care about someone with Swastikas and tattoos.”
