A 17-year-old Queens boy was arrested on Monday for climbing a residential tower under construction on Park Avenue to photograph New York City’s skyline.

Demid Lebedev was questioned about photos from atop the tower he posted. He was then charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespass.

Police say Lebedev somehow managed to gain entry to the nearly completed luxury tower, between East 56th and 57th streets.

Police didn’t know what day the incident occurred.

According to the building’s website, it will be the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere when it’s completed in 2015.

Earlier this year, a New Jersey teen was arrested for climbing the World Trade Center’s tower.
