The Men’s Wearhouse Inc. on Wednesday reported profit of $12.3 million in its fiscal second quarter.
The Houston-based company said it had profit of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and non-recurring costs, were $1.10 per share.
The menswear retail chain posted revenue of $803.1 million in the period.
Men’s Wearhouse shares have risen 5.5 percent since the beginning of the year. At the close of trading Wednesday, shares were at $53.87, an increase of 38 percent in the last 12 months.
