On Motzoei Shabbos: Home Front Ordered Bomb Shelters Closed
As of midnight on Motzoei Shabbos, the Home Front has restored the entire country to full routine. A special statement issued by the army said that Israeli citizens can resume their normal routines. All bomb shelters can be closed, including those in the Gaza Envelope region, the Dan Region, and other cities.
The statement means that the country is no longer in a state of emergency, as it has been for more than two months. Still, the Home Front stresses, if a siren or explosion is heard, the population should take cover in bomb shelters or reinforced rooms.
