Rabid Bat Plague Comes To Westchester County
Westchester is warning residents about the possibility of rabid bats, saying if they see a bat in their home, they should catch it and bring it in for testing, The Associated Press reported. Since most bats are not rabid, humans who may have touched them don’t need to be treated.
