NJ Sues Company For Scamming Customers

New Jersey on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Telebrands for using high-pressure tactics to sell to customers and then making it difficult to get refunds, The Associated Press reported. It seeks restitution and penalties, alleging the company violated a 2001 agreement.
