NY Law: Landlords, Builders to Disclose Sprinklers

A new New York law requires landlords to inform renters, and builders of one- and two-family homes to inform buyers if an apartment has a sprinkler system. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the state has seen too much “senseless tragedy” caused by avoidable fires.
