Woman Reported Drowned — Revived

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -

A woman reported to have drowned after she was caught in a rip current was actually revived at the scene by emergency responders, The Press of Atlantic City reported. Firefighters were called to the beach around 7:00 p.m. Monday, after a 59-year-old New Hampshire resident was found face down in the water. They told reporters they were unable to revive her. But rescue workers continued working on the woman and were able to revive her.
