Leading a bipartisan delegation of nine congressmen to Israel, Rep. Steve Israel said that during Tuesday’s cease-fire, people on the streets were “taking a deep breath,” The Associated Press reported. The Long Island lawmaker will meet Wednesday with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
