Kayakers Breach JFK Airport Security

Two kayakers early Saturday breached a security perimeter at JFK Airport when the $100 million surveillance system failed to detect them, the New York Post reported. The men, who were found on a runway and issued summonses, said they rowed to shore after overturning their kayak.
