NYC Test Works, Red Light Cameras Go Elsewhere
With New York City’s red light cameras reportedly reducing crash injuries since its 1994 inception, Gov. Andrew Cuomo expanded its use in other cities. There will now be five-year programs in New Rochelle, Mt. Vernon, Albany and Yonkers.
