New York Court: Lyft App Must Meet Certain Requirements

A judge says the ride-sharing app Lyft has to meet certain requirements by Friday or she’ll issue a temporary restraining order barring them from operating in New York City, the Daily News reported. The Taxi and Limousine Commission must approve Lyft’s app and dispatch operators, and they must prove that its drivers will have adequate coverage.
