De Blasio Talks Migration With Vatican No. 2

VATICAN CITY

On vacation in Rome, Mayor Bill de Blasio on Monday paid a call on Pope Francis’s top aide to discuss migration issues. Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican secretary of state, also discussed a proposed visit to New York City should Francis visit the United States next year.
