Flash Flood Watch Issued For NYC Area

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch for the New York City area through Tuesday night. Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across the region, followed by heavy downpours through midday Wednesday, with winds gusts of 20 mph.
