‘Micro Earthquake’ (Doesn’t) Shake Peekskill

GARRISON, N.Y. -

Scientists say New York’s Hudson Highlands experienced a ‘micro earthquake’ Saturday morning in a heavily wooded area of Westchester County, the Journal News reported. The 2.5-magnitude earthquake wasn’t along any known fault lines. Residents didn’t hear or feel anything but those near the epicenter were startled into the streets.
