Bear Rescued After Head Gets Stuck in Cookie Jar
State environmental staffers rescued a black bear cub who got his head stuck in a cookie jar in northern New Jersey, the Associated Press reported. It appears the cub found the animal crackers jar in a trash can and tried to eat the leftovers, but pulled it over his head. He got spooked when approached and went up a nearby tree, but got wedged about 40 feet up.
