Robber Gets Life Sentence Under ‘3 Strikes’ Law

A Lakewood man with a long criminal record was sentenced to life in prison for armed robbery under the state’s “Three Strikes” law, which gives a mandatory life sentence for three felony convictions, The Associated Press reported. Antonio Jones, 46, received the term Friday and it was made public on Monday.
