A New Jersey woman is suing her former employer in federal court for not letting her avoid commuting during rush hour, which she says aggravated her anxiety and depression, Lancaster Newspapers reported. Andrea DeGerolamo says Fulton Financial was legally required to accommodate her doctor’s request for different work hours. Instead, she was fired.
