Tribe to File Monday For Monticello Casino

The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority will file for New York casino licenses in time for a Monday deadline, including one for an old Monticello hotel. The other bid to build a casino at the old Concord resort in Sullivan County is Empire Resorts.
