Man Cleared in ‘89 Killing Plans $162M Claim
A man recently exonerated in a 1989 New York City killing after sitting in prison for 25 years filed papers Tuesday to seek $162 million, The Associated Press reported. Jonathan Fleming was freed in April after the Brooklyn DA said it now agrees he had a valid alibi.
