Mayor Bill de Blasio is still opposing the “Taxis of Tomorrow” even after an appeals court ruled that the mandate for all yellow cabs to be replaced with a custom-designed Nissan is legal, The Associated Press reported. De Blasio, who wants wheelchair-accessible cabs and noting that Nissan does business in Iran, said Wednesday that the process was “broken.”
