Trenton Mayor-Elect Pledges Ethical Admin.
Eric Jackson, the mayor-elect in New Jersey’s capital city, on Wednesday pledged to run “the most ethical administration in the city’s history,” a day after Trenton voters elected the former city public works director in a runoff. The last elected mayor, Tony Mack, was convicted on federal corruption charges. Jackson defeated Paul Perez by 55 percent to 44 percent and will be sworn in on July 1.
