Man in Custody After Fake Threat by Lincoln Tunnel
A Georgia resident was arrested Wednesday morning for a false threat that snarled rush-hour traffic around the Lincoln Tunnel, The Associated Press reported. Emergency responders swarmed the tunnel area after the 911 call Tuesday afternoon claiming there was a sniper atop a building overlooking the tunnel.
